    • This cute sprouting tray allows you to grow all your favorite microgreens. Although designed for mucilaginous seeds, it is equally effective for other regular varieties. Seeds and instructions included.

    Mucilaginous seeds: in contact with water, the seeds of basil, arugula, watercress, flax, yellow mustard and white mustard, chia, perilla, purslane or even camelina develop a gelatinous substance: mucilage. This mucilage makes them incompatible with germination in a classic sprouter, and requires the use of a germination dish. We get beautiful vertical shoots, very green and very crisp.

    Materials: bowl in white stoneware. Polypropylene grid. Free of phthalates and BPA.
    Handwash with warm water, dishwasher not recommended.
