    • This cute sprouting tray allows you to grow all your favorite microgreens. Although designed for mucilaginous seeds, it is equally effective for other regular varieties.

    Mucilaginous seeds: in contact with water, the seeds of basil, arugula, watercress, flax, yellow mustard and white mustard, chia, perilla, purslane or even camelina develop a gelatinous substance: mucilage. This mucilage makes them incompatible with germination in a classic sprouter, and requires the use of a germination dish. We get beautiful vertical shoots, very green and very crisp.

    Materials: bowl in white stoneware. Polypropylene grid. Free of phthalates and BPA.
